Rules:
*Eat as many fruits and veggies as you'd like, without counting them as calories.*
*Excercise for thirty minutes (5x) each week.*
*Burn off any calories that are over the limit.*


Tips: If you have full control of your diet (for example: free from family dinners), try to use your non-veggie/fruit calories to eat protein, since many fruits are high in carbohydrates. If you do not have full control of your diet, save your calories for mandantory meals.

I'm beginning this again, along with my sister, who is trying to lose weight before her wedding day (she doesn't have an eating disorder). I'm looking forward to having a friend to help, which will help to inspire me in return.

  1. Today went well, but I feel that I was a bit of a 'cheat' due to being manic and what have you (mania really foils one's appetite.

    Day One
    4:00: Tea with milk and sugar (30 calories)
    Breakfast: The same tea (30 calories)
    Snack(?): Grapes (185 calories)
    Evening: Two and one-half cups of tea (45 calories)
    Dinner: Hot cocoa (103 calories)and strawberries (31 calories)

    Total: 424 calories
    SGD Total (not including exercise [-460]): 216 calories

  2. I still haven't had much of an appetite, although I'm (thankfully) no longer 'manic.'

    Day Two
    Breakfast: Two coffees with milk (46 calories)
    Snacks: Two Diet Lemon Snapple's (20 calories)
    Dinner: Hot cocoa (83 calories) and grapes (80 calories)

    Total: 229 calories
    SGD Total (not including exercise [-66]): 146 calories

    Lunch: One tomato (22 calories)
    Snacks: Fruit Punch (119 calories) and Arizona green tea (140 calories)
    Dinner: Frozen mango (135 calories)

    Total: 439 calories
    SGD Total (not including exercise [-118]): 282 calories

    Snacks: More frozen mango (90 calories)
    Dinner: Arizone green tea (70 calories)

    Total: 225 calories
