My reason for doing so, is that only three people have offered my food over the past week... which has made the first few goals more difficult than I had initially intended.
My fast began at 6:30, because insomnia did a fair bit of damage to the intended order of things. As an extra incentive for me to do well for these next three days, I've decided not to watch any television. I feel quite compelled to munch on things whilst I watch television, and I tend to lose track of what constitutes a 'meal.' Even worst, is the element of stress that it instills whenever I'm interrupted from watching it (always, always by the phone). From that, I stress eat. The television is an abominable binge-evoking machine, and it is out to inspire my well-rounded corpulence. I shall paint today, instead.
Six hours behind me, and sixty-six hours ahead of me. I do believe that it's time for lunch.
